Guess what? I was so bored that I emptied the dishwasher and cleared the dishes off the sink even though I wasn't on kitchen duty today. (It was Julita's, but she was sick and working at home.) Besides, no one was going to do that voluntarily anyway except probably Jenny or Wendy.
It just goes to show that I care. I didn't even bother to cross out Julita's name from the kitchen-duty schedule and put my name on it. I don't know why, but I feel good knowing that I did it without expecting anything in return.
